Ecoleyedoscope

A photo of plastic garbage was digitally mirrored, folded, multiplied and the result is a digital kaleidoscope.

A still image of the interactive application reminds us of an eye. The animation consists of many images and represents many eyes which reflect the 1 000 000 plastic bottles which are sold each minute and end up in land fill (in the best case) and in the oceans (in the worst common scenario). The Artwork is a constant reminder of what our real eyes tend to not see.
