The world is 3 dimensional. Land owners usually own 2-dimensional surface areas, parts of the 2-dimensional territory (of a country). The current artistic concept is about ownership of a 0-dimensional spot. As it is infinitely small, it has no surface area and, by consequence, cannot be part of a territory. Logically ownership of a 0-dimensional spot doesn't have any impact on the territory or surface of someone else.
The present artwork distributes ownership of 0-dimensional spots on earth. The ownership serves as a vector by which the owner projects himself to otherwise inacessible places. It is also supposed also serves the environment, as an owner has a natural desire to protect the environment of his property.
